Come learn to make some terrific Italian sandwiches.
We will make three different sandwiches; Caprese, Goat Cheese
with Roasted Bell Pepper, and Prosciutto with Fresh Mozzarella.
We will accompany our wonderful sandwiches with three different,
classic sauces; Lemon Mayonnaise, Black Olive Pesto,
and Basil Pesto.
Our meal will be followed by delicious Chocolate panini for dessert.
September 7th, Friday
Asian Stir Fry
Burden 6:30-8:30 pm ish
Location: Burden home near La Canada and Magee Road
Come learn to create quick, great tasting
meals with an Asian twist.
Mardi will demonstrate Beef and Broccoli, Sesame Chicken,
and Sweet and Sour Tofu, using both a wok and a large sauté pan
Terrines and Pates are usually made the day before needed and served chilled, making them perfect for summer entertaining. Denis
will show us how to prepare Herbed Chicken Pate with Mustard Crème Fraiche and
Red Pepper and Eggplant Terrine. Come and enjoy these culinary marvels.
Summer is for grilling, and lamb chops are delicious grilled.
We will make a Port Wine Sauce to drizzle them with and
Escarole Stuffed with Fontana Cheese, Couscous Salad and
Cinnamon Ice Cream. This meal is easily adaptable to
whatever size group you’re entertaining.
Cuisine Classique classes include a full meal, recipes and
a selection of wine(s) chosen to complement the food.
