cleaver for chopping meat and bones. A lighter weight
cleaver is great for cutting chicken and other poultry.

Our Chinese knives and Asian style knives are perfect
for chopping vegetables. They are very thin and not
really designed to be used as a meat cleaver where one
would also have to chop through bones. We love ours
though, for splitting thick pork chops for stuffing.
