Meet Chefs Susan Choi and Mardi at Lee Lee Oriental Market 1990 west Orange Grove Road (on the Northeast Corner of Orange Grove and La Cholla) at 10 am where we will shop for the ingredients to prepare some of Susan's favorites: Zucchini Sticks with Ponzu Sauce, Kim Chee Fried Rice with Bacon, Green Papaya Salad, and Hot and Sour Soup. Susan will also help us find some unique Asian foods. After shopping we will go to Cuisine Classique and prepare and enjoy lunch. |
