NEW SPRING EVENTS!

Come join us Saturday, April 24th for our 6th annual road trip to Southern Arizona Wine Country for the Blessing of the Vines celebration
at Sonoita Vineyards. We will visit one or two other wineries too! This is
one of our favorite cooking excursions because it involves three of our
favorite things to do; road trips, wine tastings, and a picnic! You get to
enjoy the day without the hassle of driving and making the picnic, Bob
and I do the driving and prep for the picnic! We still have a few spots
left for you, so call or register online asap.

May brings us warmer weather and the start of our very
popular grilling series The Thrill of the Grill There are 5 sessions
in this series all designed to make you a more competent griller!
You can get more details in our online schedule.

We are also revamping our Basics of Gourmet Cooking Series
and our Intermediate series. These have been our most popular classes
and we have been working hard to create a new way of presenting them
so you can learn more technique and hone your skills. We are combining both courses into a set of 16 lessons and trying to slow down the pace
a bit, (which means, slow down Mardi!) We have combined the two
courses into four - 4 lesson modules.
The next Basics of Gourmet Cooking Series will start Thursday, May 6th,
we will have Sessions 1-4 on Thursday nights, with Sessions 5 - 8
continuing on Thursday nights from June 4th - 24th, Sessions 9 - 12
start on Thursday nights, July 1st, July 15th, July 22nd,
and finishing on July 29th.
(notice the week of the 8th there is no class)

The Saturday series of the new Basics of Gourmet Cooking will begin
May 8th starting with session #5 from 1-
4pm and continue thru the 29th
of May with session #8, then continue on with sessions #8-12, from
June 6th thru the 26th, then sessions 13 -16 follow Beginning on
the 3rd of July at 1-4 pm, July 17th 1-4 pm, July 24th, 1-4pm,
and finishing up with session 15 on July 31st.
(notice the week of the 10th there is no class).
I know it all sounds confusing but trust me,
this will be a wonderful opportunity to learn
to cook great food in a fun, foodie environment!

bon appetit!
