Our professional 220 volt crepe maker has
a 3/8" thick,
finely polished cast-iron plate. The surface is enamel coated
over stone blast cast-iron. This eliminates the need for seasoning
and throwing away the first two or three crepes.
The enamel coating also enhances heat distribution.
It is designed to work for up to three to four hours
continuously and about one crepe per minute
can be produced. Temperature controlled to 450°
220 volts, single phase, 3000 watts, 15 amp.
The non-stick, die-cast hot plate is 15 3/4" in diameter.
We include free T-scraper and
15 3/4" Beechwood scraper/turner.
Easily make those classically
French, paper-thin pancakes
to perfection.
Roll them, fold them,
or layer them.
Serve anytime with either
sweet or savory fillings.
