one 3/8" thick, finely polished cast-iron plate,
which retains heat longer. The surface is enamel
coated over stone blast cast-iron which also
enhances heat distribution. The non-stick,
die-cast hot plate is 13 3/4" in diameter.
Thermostatically temperature controlled
up to 450° for consistently perfect crepes.
Our professional crepe maker is designed
for duty cycles of up to two hours.
We include free T-scraper and
15 3/4" Beechwood scraper/turner.
