oval shape of this pan is perfect for frying fillet of fish.
Our CHOC Classic pans are made of 5/32" thick aluminum with a
thick PTFE Choc coating, the pan encourages quick and regular
distribution of heat for even cooking. The exterior bottom is finely
grooved to ensure perfect flatness and to distribute the heat evenly.
New technologies ensure the pan lasts five to six times longer than
ordinary pans.
