Dijon Mustard Butter  
     

¼ pound (1 stick) butter at room temperature

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dry mustard

 

 
 
 
 
 
   
Combine ingredients and mix until smooth.
Scoop into a ramekin, or roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate
