Grilled Cajun Shrimp Kabobs!

Summertime cooking is all about keeping it cool,
especially here in Tucson. How do we keep cool?
Outdoor cooking, which means grilling everything. Bob and
I love to cook almost everything outdoors, even dessert!
If we are lucky the monsoon rains start just as we are
sitting down on the patio to enjoy our dinner.

During the next three months, we will focus on
some great grilling ideas and tips and of course some
exciting new recipes for you to try, and enjoy.
Remember you can always email me with any
cooking or eating questions you have.

This week we are going to enjoy some
Grilled Cajun Shrimp Kabobs!
These are simple and very delicious! You can make them as
hot as you like. You can also serve them on the skewers for a
delicious appetizer, or as an entrée if you add linguine or rice.
(Hopefully you have a burner on the side of your grill to boil
the water for the linguine or steam the rice.)
If not,
CLICK HERE  to buy a portable gas burner from
our online store, they are completely safe, and easy to use
anywhere, even inside when you need an extra burner,
or want the convenience of using gas.

Just a reminder or two!
Our soufflés CLASS is this Tuesday night
,
and we still have a few spots available! Come join us,

we will learn to make three delicious soufflés;
Broccoli, Cheese, and of course Chocolate.

and hopefully a free monsoon lightning show!
We also have some room in our MARGARITA MENU class
Thursday, August 2

Margarita Shrimp Cocktails, Grilled Tequila-Lime Chicken,
Strawberry Margarita Pie, and Ice Cold Pomegranita Margaritas.
