Sushi or Takohiki Knife

"Tako" means octopus; "hiki" means pull.
The name may come from using the knife to prepare an octopus.
"Sushi" refers to raw fish and rice together.
A sushi knife is used to prepare sushi,
rice and raw fish artistically integrated into a single bite size unit.
It has a 10" long narrow blade with two beveled,  sharp  edges,
one along the lower edge and one at the knife end.
