a six inch blade up to a formidable 12 inch blade. The steel,
of course, is one solid piece of the finest Solingen stainless and
has a full tang. You'll notice the cambered blade to facilitate
easy, fatigue free cutting. Our hygienic POM handles are
molded to the tang and are the strongest on the market.
