Biting History one meal at a time

It's been only two weeks but it seems much longer. I have missed
teaching classes and seeing all my great friends who come to them!
The kitchen remodel went well although we had to "adjust" our plans
a few times..  We have finished the major portion of our goal and that
was to provide a much better environment for conducting classes.
We now have a far bigger and more comfortable space for our
all our cooking classes. You, our students will have more room for
preparing your dishes in class.
We are very excited and we can't wait for you to come see it!
June 22 will be our
Grand re-Opening
Open House Party
1 PM - 4 PM
Bob and I truly hope you are able to attend.
We will have sample dishes from upcoming classes,
refreshments and prizes!
Class discounts too!

The kid's  Summer Fun Camps have begun! The first week
is completely full and everyone is having a blast! The
second session begins next Monday the 23rd.
This is "Bring a Friend" Week. We are inviting
you to sign up for one of our classes Tuesday, Wednesday
or Thursday and bring a friend with you for free!

BBQ Ribs Workshop on Saturday. This workshop is one of our very
favorites because it's fun and the end result is soooooo tasty!
We also will be pairing different beers with our ribs to
see which ones complement or enhance the flavors.
On July 3, there will be a new Basics of Cooking Course beginning
and July 1st, I am continuing the first session with my new (by request)
Intermediate Basics of Cooking Course. If you really like to cook
or just would like to indulge yourself with all things food, these are the classes for you. You may take one class but we I would like to
encourage you to consider the full course. I have never had so much
fun teaching and my students have been those who literally jump up
and down with the sheer glee of cooking absolutely great meals!
I hope you are able to attend,
I am sure you will love it.
