Antipasto Salad  
6 Servings    
Ingredients:
6 cups mixed salad greens
1 can black olives
3 mozzarella sticks, torn into shreds
pound salami, cut into wedges
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
 
 
 
 
 
   
Method:
In a large salad bowl, or on individual salad plates; mix together the salad greens,
black olives, mozzarella shreds, and salami wedges.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, and salt and pepper.
Drizzle over the salad.
