16 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate chips
8 ounces Milk chocolate chips
1 Egg yolk
1/3 cup Kahlua
1 Quart whipping cream
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
Add egg yolk, and Kahlua and stir until smooth.
Remove from heat. Whip 3 ½ cups cream until heavy peaks form.
Add slightly cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well combined
pour into individual serving ramekins, or dessert glasses.
Cover; place in refrigerator, and chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with more whipped cream, fresh fruit, and mint leaves if desired.
