 Chocolate Fondue  
     


Ingredients:
One bag, more or less depending on number of guests,
Chocolate morsels (we like semi sweet
but this is a matter of taste)

Some dipping goodies;
Apple wedges
Banana chunks
Strawberries
Marshmallows
Pretzels
Pineapple chunks
Just use your imagination!

Pour chocolate morsels into the fondue bowl.
Heat over a double boiler to melt. Or, use your
microwave. Heat in increments of 15-20 seconds until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir until mixture is smooth and all chocolate is melted.
Place bowl back on fondue base over a votive candle
to keep your chocolate melted.
Serve the dipping food on trays or in bowls placed
strategically around the table.
Arm your guests with their own fondue fork and................
Party!
This is also very nice for a romantic evening for two.
Try it with a hearty red wine such as a Pinot Noir, Zinfandel or Port!
