Chocolate Chips and Salsa

Yield: about 2 ½ cup

½ cup chocolate chunks or chips
¼ cup diced strawberries
¼ cup blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
¼ cup diced kiwi
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
Whipped cream (optional)
Pizzelle cookie chips, or shortbread cookie chips.

Mix all the fruits and coconut together.
If using the whipped cream, gently stir in.
Coarsely chop the cookies into wedges, don’t panic if they are not perfect!!!
