Berries with Brown Sugar  
     
Yield: 4 servings
1 pint berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination of all.
8 tablespoons of plain yogurt, or sour cream,
or crème fraiche
4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
Mint leaves for garnish
 
 
 
 
 
 
     
Wash the berries, and divide among four plates.
Make a well in the center of the berries and spoon
in some yogurt, sour cream, or creme fraiche.

Sprinkle the berries and yogurt with the brown sugar,
decorate with a few mint leaves, and serve
