This year's Holiday Camp is just for the big
kids! Through the
week we will explore the world of cooking by
creating a great
new meal each day, then we will eat it. Along the
way, you will
learn about culinary hygiene and food safety as
well as Knife Skills
and meal preparation. Ages 11 - 17
