Happy New Year!

Well, it's another new year. Time for all those
resolutions and promises for change. We all hold out hope that we can begin again, and become a new us.
Hmmmm, probably not. But, why not try? If we make just a little change here, a nudge there, before
you know it we really are a little better than before!
We have some great changes in mind for this year.
We want our classes to be better organized
(but not too much) We want to provide better facilities,
with plans to remodel our indoor kitchen and expand the outdoor kitchen. We are really excited about those changes as they will allow us to present our classes in roomier and more efficient surroundings. We plan to become more organized and send our newsletter on a more regular schedule.......you see? There I go, promises, promises.
I have been researching new (and old) recipes
for some exciting new class ideas. I finally have managed to put these in a database so I can choose just the right dishes for a class idea. Of course, we will always repeat some of our favorite classes.
I am so happy to be repeating our Tableside Dinner class again this year! We thought, what
better day than Valentine's Day? A wonderful date with your sweetie to prepare a great meal which is both delicious and pretty flamboyant! Who doesn't
like flames with their cooking?
January 25 will be Italian Wine Dinner. This is
a demonstration class where I will prepare a meal of
Roasted Beet Carpaccio, Veal Picatta, Linguine with Arugula-Pecan Pesto and much more. We will pair
the food with three different wines and tell you why each one was chosen. I sincerely hope you can join us for some of our cooking classes. It's all about
great food, a little wine and some wonderful company to enjoy the fruits of our labors.
