CLASS SCHEDULE >
TEAM BUILDING Cooking Classes > SAMPLE MENUS 1 > MORE MENU CHOICES
 
     As goal oriented team building exercises, our corporate events are designed to create a bonding type atmosphere. We call these our Team Concept Cooking Classes where we prefer to discourage or limit the use
of competitive type situations as this more often than not seems to run counter to our goals. We will attempt to present to your team members, activities that encourage cooperation and promote the learning
of ways to work together toward a common end.
     This may include following a recipe to the letter or being creative
to accomplish the task. Cooking is a wonderful equalizer where many
times, people will emerge from relative obscurity to display versatile skills that are valuable to your team. Your team will discover methods of working together they may have never thought possible before.
 

SAMPLE MENUS

 

Our Team Concept Cooking Classes include copies of all recipes used,
Water, Iced Sun Tea (decaf and regular),
Wine is also available for an additional fee.
We cook, then you sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labors,
each person enjoys a complete meal.
     Our class format is structured to promote problem solving,
discovery, cooperation and fun!
 
All-American Burgers           
     Team members create individual masterpieces then share
their recipe for success with the others. We break into smaller
groups to perform the other tasks then sit down to share the results!

Old World Paella                     
     The traditional "national dish of Spain" was born in the vineyards and
is traditionally cooked as lunch over a fire of grape vine trimmings. We
will use small single burner stoves. This presents a wonderful and creative way for all to participate in preparing a treat to die for!
     The recipe is an adventure in itself and loads of fun. The reward at the
end is well worth all the effort! We love to create this dish in groups
of two or tree. That way each "team" can embellish with their own
recipe variations!

Authentic Handmade Ravioli        
      Just try to run a manual pasta machine alone! Your group will make
fabulous fresh pasta from scratch then form it into wonderful raviolis
stuffed with goodies! Teamwork!

Alfresco Grilled Pizza            
     Who doesn't like Pizza? We will show you how to form your own dough
then cook it on a grill. Everyone adds the fresh toppings of their choice
(a very creative endeavor) then back to the grill to finish. Grilled pizzas
have a terrific, lightly smoky flavor unattainable from an ordinary oven.

Cost for any of these events is $89 per person.
Minimum total to book an event is $500.
Payment is due when class is booked in order to secure your date.
Prices shown are based upon classes being conducted at
our facility. We have other venues available at extra charge.
