    Come learn to prepare another Classic and delicious meal from France. Beautiful Braised Beef Burgundy served with Herb Mashed Potatoes, Carrots Vichy, Mixed Green Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette, and Tarte Tatin (caramelized apple tart) for dessert. We will enjoy our meal the French way; Salad is served as the third course, with cheese and dessert to follow!
