Expand
your culinary knowledge with the addition of sausage making! We will make
Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, Cajun Andouille Sausage, and Spanish Chorizo.
There are many different ways to prepare each type of sausage and Mardi and
Bob will share their favorite recipes for each type. You do not need special
equipment to make sausage, it can be done by hand. We will use our stand
mixer (with attachments) and our hands to make our sausages and enjoy them
with a Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Rosemary Bread, and
Chocolate Paninni for dessert!
This is a "Make and Take"
class,
you will take home
about two pounds
of fresh
